OUR ELECTRICAL AND ENERGY DEPARTMENT STUDENTS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE PNEUMATIC TECHNOLOGY CERTIFICATE PROGRAM AT MESTEM.

Students from the Electrical and Energy Department of Balıkesir University Vocational School successfully completed their training in the “Pneumatic Technology – 1 (PEP-BT)” certificate program, organized in collaboration with Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone MESTEM and provided by SMC Turkey Automation Inc. The training, held on January 21, 2026, covered topics such as an introduction to pneumatics, compressed air usage, compressors and air preparation equipment, directional and flow control valves, pneumatic cylinders, symbols, and basic circuit applications. The participation of our students in such technical certificate programs, aimed at developing their sectoral knowledge and practical skills, is of great importance as a tangible outcome of university-industry collaboration.
