Within the scope of the Forum on Current Approaches in Vocational Education, held on June 2, 2026, academic staff from our institution actively participated in the workshop sessions conducted between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hakan Çıtak, Head of the Electricity and Energy Department, took part in the Sustainability Workshop Table, contributing to discussions on sustainable practices in vocational education, energy efficiency, and future-oriented skills.

At the same event, Lecturer Metin Gül participated in the Digital Transformation Workshop Table, sharing insights and recommendations on the integration of digital technologies into vocational education, the development of digital competencies, and the transformation of educational processes.

The forum brought together representatives from educational institutions and industry to exchange ideas and discuss current challenges and opportunities in vocational education, particularly in the areas of sustainability and digital transformation.
