Evaluation Meeting on Bologna Information Packages and Accreditation Processes Held by the Department of Electricity and Energy

The Department of Electricity and Energy Quality Commission held an online "Bologna Information Packages Update and Evaluation Meeting" on June 25, 2026. The meeting was organized within the scope of the department’s quality assurance and accreditation activities and was attended by the department’s academic staff. During the meeting, the Bologna Information Package update process communicated by the Bologna Coordination Office was thoroughly reviewed.

The meeting focused on reviewing the alignment of course learning outcomes with program outcomes, examining the course–program outcome matrices, updating the ECTS workload and assessment-evaluation tables, and completing the checklists to be used in quality assurance processes. In addition, decisions were made regarding the review of the prepared documents and their submission to the relevant administrative units.

As the Department of Electricity and Energy, these efforts represent a significant step toward achieving the department’s accreditation goals by ensuring continuous improvement in educational activities, full compliance with the Bologna Process, and the strengthening of the quality assurance system. Through the updated information packages, the department aims to support a student-centered educational approach, enhance the measurability of learning outcomes, and strengthen the program’s alignment with national quality standards.
