BASIC PNEUMATIC TRAINING WAS CONDUCTED FOR OUR ELECTRICAL PROGRAM STUDENTS.
Students in the Electrical Program of the Electrical and Energy Department at Balıkesir Vocational School, Balıkesir University , received Basic Pneumatics Training as part of a collaboration with industry .
The training was conducted by SMC Turkey Automation Inc. , with contributions from senior technical training engineer Arif Akdemir , on January 21, 2026. The hands-on training program was held at the BALOSB Vocational and Technical Training Center .
During the training, our students had the opportunity to learn theoretical and practical information on the basic principles of pneumatic systems, pneumatic components used in industrial applications, and system design. Participation certificates were presented to the students at the end of the training.

As the Electrical and Energy Department of Balıkesir Vocational School, we hope that applied training activities based on university-industry collaboration, aimed at increasing the professional competencies of our students, will continue to increase in the coming periods.
